This application streamlines and simplifies access for citizens of Extremadura to some of the most commonly used procedures in their interaction with the Extremadura Health Service (SES):

• Appointment scheduling for you and your family members, both with your primary care physician and hospital appointments.
• Access to a summarized version of your medical history.
• Download of clinical reports generated by SES.
• Viewing of your lab test results.
• Consultation of your treatments including electronic prescriptions, computerized prescriptions, and information on when to collect them from your pharmacy or when to visit your primary care physician for the next prescription.
• Consultation of dosage guidelines for SINTROM.
• Lodging complaints directly with the User Support Service.
• Submitting problems and suggestions through the application.
• Searching for healthcare resources such as health centers, pharmacies, etc.
• Subscription to informational services.
• Consultation and modification of data on your health card, including address, contact information, details of your physician and nurse, beneficiaries, etc.
• Vaccination schedule and pediatric check-up calendar.
• Health area locator, helping you easily identify the health center corresponding to a specific address.

(*) Due to the sensitive nature of the accessed data types, secure authentication is required. You must have an FNMT certificate installed on your device to access this service (this is a component external to the application). Instructions on obtaining it can be found at the following page: https://www.sede.fnmt.gob.es/certificados/persona-fisica.

Access is also possible through the cl@ve system or even using the DNIe, provided that your device has NFC and that the DNIe is at least version 3.0, along with having the corresponding passwords in your possession.
